What we may be getting wrong about the cross and the beautiful symbolism behind it

Almost 2,000 years ago, our Savior was crucified on Golgotha, an especially cruel and painful death sentence. But behind this heinous act and great suffering, there is beautiful meaning. In fact, Christ's cross might not have looked like what we think it did, and because of this, His death might have shown incredible symbolism to His role as our Savior.
