As previously announced, the Lehi Utah Temple will be built on a 22.48-acre site northwest of the intersection of 3950 North and Center Street in Lehi. Plans call for a multi-story temple of approximately 85,000 square feet and a new meetinghouse. This will be the city’s first temple.

Utah, the Church’s world headquarters, is home to nearly 2.2 million Latter-day Saints, approximately two-thirds of the state’s population of 3.5 million people. The temple in the city of Lehi will be the 31st temple in Utah either in operation, under renovation, under construction, or announced.
