Between the members of the First Presidency and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, there are a lot of names and faces to remember when general conference rolls around twice a year. Keeping track of them all may be a challenge for many of us—especially young members—but not for 18-month-old Oliver Austin.

A video on YouTube shows Oliver doing a little pre-conference quiz testing his knowledge of the prophet and apostles. With each of the Church leaders’ pictures spread across their living room floor, his dad Ben Austin calls out their names one at a time. Oliver, sitting in red and white striped pajamas with a binky in his mouth, then picks up each photo and adds it to a growing pile next to him. He passes with flying colors, only mixing up a name once. The quiz wraps up with one last image—a picture of Jesus Christ.

On Facebook, Elder Neil L. Andersen shared the video of Oliver and said he was impressed by his knowledge and encouraged others to listen to general conference this weekend.

What’s also remarkable is this isn’t the first time Oliver has been prepared for general conference. According to calledtoshare.com, Oliver recognized the prophet and apostles as they came on screen during the April 2021 sessions. So above everything else, his amazing example reminds all of us that it’s never too early to get ready for conference—no matter how old you are.
