Okay, I'll admit, for the first minute of this music video, I wasn't sure whether to laugh or not.
I mean it's a cover of David Archuleta's and James the Mormon's "Workin" by the Murray City Police Department in Utah, so maybe it could be serious? And for a full minute or so, nothing really suggests that it's not meant to show how hard these guys work. So here I am, feeling a little awkward as I watch these law enforcers in full uniform trying to mimic hip-hop dance moves when the mustache guy shows up.
Yep, at about 1:20, that's when the mustache man shines forth in all his glory. And it only gets better from there.
In fact, the cover was so hilarious, it even earned the praise of the Cottonwood Heights Police Department.
Props to #SLCPD and #MURRAY you called us out! Great job but here you go. Dedicated to #ufa #Draper for B/C Burchette You’re up #southjordan #southsaltlake and #winder @moabPolice. https://t.co/xdrenMEZA1. — CH Police (@CHPolice) August 25, 2018
