MR says: Construction for the Fort Collins Colorado Temple is going forward according to plan, even after vandals damaged the construction site Sunday morning. In fact, the construction hit a major milestone when a 7-foot-tall angel Moroni was placed atop the temple on August 26.
A golden angel soared through the sunny southeast Fort Collins sky Wednesday before coming to rest on the highest point around.

As dozens of people looked on, crews used a towering crane to carefully lift and place a 7-foot-tall statue of the angel Moroni atop the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints temple under construction at the intersection of Timberline and Trilby roads.
