Marilyn Clement started indexing 15 years ago after her husband passed away. She has since indexed one million names—and her ward agreed that feat warranted a celebration.
East Idaho News reports that 92-year-old Marilyn was awarded a plaque for her accomplishment on a Wednesday night by her local leaders.
“I didn’t do it for recognition. I just enjoy doing it. I live alone, and it gives me something worthwhile to do,” Clement says.
