Recently, LDS.org shared this article that reveals the key that allows us to not only feel but physically see God's grace in our daily life.
Detecting Grace
We as humans often struggle to understand and accept concepts unless we can process them through at least one of our five senses or somehow find a way to measure them. These days, believing in something that you can’t physically sense or quantify seems nonsensical to many.
The concept of divine grace can feel foreign, intangible, and abstract, but God’s grace is as real as the air we breathe. It surrounds us always, but few of us consistently take notice of its presence. But when we learn how to see it and experience it for ourselves, our inner life can go from a subdued grey to one of vibrant color.
Receiving Grace
So, what is grace? Is it love? mercy? compassion? And how do we answer the question “What does God’s grace have to do with me?”
Simply defined, it’s an enabling power. And it has everything to do with you. It is evidence of divine love and is founded in the love of two beings who want more than anything for you to succeed. It’s a power that helps us accomplish what we can’t do on our own and one that helps us overcome our personal weaknesses.

What is grace? What difference can grace make in our lives? How does the Savior make His power available to us? And what must we do to gain access to that power? In Amazed by Grace, Sheri Dew discusses each of those important questions, exploring a topic that she describes as being central to the Atonement of Jesus Christ. "The most compelling, most life-changing message of all time," she writes, "is that Jesus Christ has already triumphed over sin, death, hell, temptation, and every kind of misery."
