Do you remember the magazines they used to have for kids with Seek and Find games? These would have a list of items hidden in the picture that you had to find. Today as we study Moroni 1–6 we are trying out a seek and find podcast where we look for questions and the administrative details that can point us to the answers.

Segment 1

Scriptures:
Moroni 1:4 (Love thy enemies)
Mormon 8:34-35 (Moroni was shown our day)

Segment 2

Scriptures:
Moroni 1:1-3 (Never deny Christ)
2 Nephi 25:26 (We talk of Christ)

Words of the General Authorities:
While some are neglecting their faith, others are searching for the truth. We have taken upon ourselves the name of the Savior. What more are we to do? …

You and I speak of Jesus Christ, but maybe we can do a little better. If the world is going to speak less of Him, who is going to speak more of Him? We are! Along with other devoted Christians! …

As the world speaks less of Jesus Christ, let us speak more of Him. As our true colors as His disciples are revealed, many around us will be prepared to listen. As we share the light we have received from Him, His light and His transcendent saving power will shine on those willing to open their hearts. Jesus said, “I … come [as] a light into the world” (Neil L. Andersen, “We Talk of Christ”, October 2020 General Conference)

Segment 3

Scriptures:
Moroni 2:1-3 (Christ laid on hands)

Translations:
Angles - mal'akh = messengers or servents

Segment 4

Scriptures:
Moroni 3:3 (Ordaining to priesthood offices)

Study Helps:
Worthy male Church members receive priesthood authority through priesthood conferral and ordination to priesthood offices. All Church members can exercise delegated authority as they are set apart or assigned to help accomplish God’s work. (General Handbook: Serving in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 3.4 Priesthood Principles)

Segment 5

Scriptures:
Moroni 6:6 (Meet together oft)
Moroni 4 (Sacramental blessing on the bread)
Moroni 5 (Sacramental blessing on the wine)

Segment 6

Scriptures:
Moroni 6:4 (Remembered and nourished by the good word of God)

The gospel is perfect, but a divinely commissioned church is required to preach it, maintain its purity, and administer its sacred ordinances with the Savior’s power and authority…The Church is simply ordinary people, disciples of Jesus Christ, gathered and organized into a divinely appointed structure that helps the Lord accomplish His purposes. (Dale G. Renlund, “‘This Is My Gospel’—‘This Is My Church’”, October 2024 General Conference)
