Elder Quentin L. Cook says he has always worried about saying too much about sacred things.
“We know that when we receive revelation, that is something we should be very careful [with], but I would be ungrateful if I didn’t say that I can testify with all certainty as a sure witness of the divinity of Jesus Christ. I know that He lives and I know that He guides this Church,” Elder Cook said in a new video released by Church News.
He then bore testimony of the significance of the revelation that has been received to guide the entire Church through a critical time in the world’s history. Elder Cook also shared his own personal experience in seeking revelation.
“I’ve found that we will get the guidance we need from the Lord when we need it, and the Holy Ghost will bless us in very special ways. And that has occurred in an abundance in these last two years,” Elder Cook said.
