A worldwide devotional for young adults will be held on Sunday, May 15, 2022. President Russell M. Nelson and Sister Wendy W. Nelson will be the keynote speakers for the broadcast.

The last worldwide broadcast for young adults President and Sister Nelson gave was in January 2017, more than five years ago. But young adults today certainly have a special place in President Nelson’s heart and mind. In a 2019 devotional at Brigham Young University, President Nelson shared that the young adults of the Church “are the children whom God chose to be a part of His battalion” in the last days. “One thing is certain,” he said, “you are of the house of Israel and you have been sent here to gather God’s elect.”

In a letter on the Church’s website, local leaders are asked to find a date and time convenient for the young adults in their area to watch the devotional and to encourage all young adults to participate.

The broadcast will be available to live stream on Sunday, May 15, at 6:00 p.m. (MDT) through the Church satellite system, as well as on broadcasts.ChurchofJesusChrist.org and on YouTube. After the event, the broadcast will be available in 39 languages in the Gospel Library app under “Young Adults.”
