Norman C. Hill

Norman Hill is an affiliate associate professor at the Ballard Center for Social Impact at Brigham Young University and former mission president of the Ghana Accra West and Sierra Leone Freetown missions. Before retiring, he was vice president of human resources for Reliant Energy Delivery Group in Houston, Texas. He has authored four professional books and more than two dozen articles on personal development and organizational behavior topics, along with more than a dozen articles in Church publications. He is a popular presenter at business conferences and a destination enrichment speaker for a cruise line. After his wife Raelene passed away, he married Stephanie Fackrell with whom they share 37 incredible grandchildren.
