Leaders of the LDS Church have shown an undeniable interest in the youth of the Church lately. In early 2013, the new youth Sunday curriculum Come, Follow Me: Learning Resources for Youth was released. Then age requirements for missionary service were changed in October 2012, allowing many more young adults to serve as full-time missionaries. This school year, seminary students will notice one more change to their religious education. Church leaders have taken a second look at Seminary scripture mastery passages, modifying the required lists to help prepare youth for future missionary and church service.
