On Monday, February 28, the Europe Area Presidency issued a letter to local leaders calling for a day of prayer and fasting.
“We invite all members to participate in an area-wide day of prayer and fasting for peace, on Sunday 6 March 2022. Together, we will turn our hearts and minds to those experiencing dismay and suffering,” the letter reads.
The letter also states that area Welfare and Self-Reliance Services have identified relief projects in response to an outpouring of desire to help from local members.
