Long-beloved actress and entertainer Betty White passed away on December 31, 2021, at age 99 in her home in Los Angeles. Many celebrities and politicians, including President Joe Biden, shared kind words and fond memories of White.
Donny Osmond shared a thoughtful tribute to White—he compiled snippets from her visits to the Donny & Marie Show in the 1970s into a sweet video.
“She certainly was one of the greatest ladies in comedy,” Osmond wrote. “We all will miss her dearly but I'm sure she's making the angels in heaven laugh with her hilarious humor. RIP my dear friend.”
In 2017, Marie Osmond celebrated White's 95th birthday with a sweet Twitter post, calling White her “second mother.”
