Chanté Sinclair Stutznegger is the co-founder of Sinclair Consulting Group and Instagram's Let’s Talk Sis. She is also the cohost, alongside her sister Alexis, of The Let’s Talk Sis Podcast, where they engage in real conversations about race, diversity, and human connection. As a consultant, Chanté has helped to develop a unique framework for training businesses and organizations to support healthy interpersonal dynamics by humanizing people through research-based principles. Utilizing her psychology background and decades of experience in the corporate, educational, and non-profit sectors, both nationally and internationally, she seeks to create human connection, transformational conversations, and intentional change. A teacher at heart, Chanté finds joy in teaching dance and the arts. She currently serves as dance faculty at Brigham Young University and was the choreographer for the Nauvoo performing missionaries with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for 16 years. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, organizing, and spending time with her husband and three beautiful children.
