Last week, Elder Dieter F. Uchtdorf presented BYU–Pathway students with a fresh perspective on “soaring on to new horizons,” using his trademark—and beloved—aviation analogies to do so. His message was prerecorded in front of three passenger jets in a hangar at Utah’s Provo Airport. He encouraged listeners to embrace opportunities and continue their journeys to discover their respective destinies.
