Over the years, the Church has released numerous inspirational videos on a myriad of topics, ranging from overcoming addiction to living with mental illness and most everything in between. These inspired messages are meant to uplift and help individuals persevere through the many challenges and hardships of life.
Below are some of our favorite Church messages along with a quote from each on 10 different topics centered around overcoming challenges and learning of and becoming more like Christ.
Mental Illness
"Until that hour when Christ's consummate gift is evident to us all, may we live by faith, hold fast to hope, and show compassion one to another."
— Elder Jeffrey R. Holland

Anxiety
"I learned that sometimes the feeling of God or Jesus Christ in your life is just calm," Cole says. "It's that type of calmness that can help us see the reality of God's hand in our life. I think God's grace lies in the fact that sometimes He'll break you down to build you up into a person that you've never been before."

Postpartum Anxiety and OCD
“I know now that there’s no problem too big or too small that the Savior can’t fix.”

Addiction
"The adversary's victory would have been to destroy our family. Our victory and Heavenly Father's victory was that we didn't, was that we saved our family, that we allowed our Savior to save our family."

Depression and Suicide
"The pain doesn't fully go away. It still takes many endless conversations, therapy, prayers, medication, but as time goes on, I choose to stay hopeful. I choose to stay."

Temptations
"Brethren of all ages, unbind your tongues and watch your words work wonders in the lives of those who are only kept from the truth because they know not where to find it."
-- Elder Jeffrey R. Holland
Receiving Forgiveness
"The Lord knows what we are facing, that we all sin and come short of the glory of God again and again. He knoweth the weakness of man and how to succor them who are tempted."
-- Elder Craig A. Cardon
Failing to Live Fully
"We live beneath our privileges when we fail to partake of the feast of happiness, peace and joy that God grants so bountifully."
-- Elder Dieter F. Uchtdorf
Comparison and Judging Others
"Are we making judgments when we don't have all the facts? Said the Savior, 'Why beholdest thou the mote that is thine brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?'"
Experiencing Tragedy
"I've found a great deal of joy in using the things that I've learned to help other people, especially families that have children with cancer . . . To me, it's like Newton's law: for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Equal and opposite. So I think the greater our sorrow is the greater our capacity to feel joy."
Heavenly Father's Plan
"However great or small our capacity and talent may be, let us pray for His love-inspired correction."
-- Elder D. Todd Christofferson
Becoming Like Christ
"In our trial, let us not become bitter or uncommitted, but let us follow the Savior's example of becoming more earnest, more sincere and more faithful."
-- Elder Gary E. Stevenson
