One incident may be a random act of 'vanalism'. It appears here that there has been more than one, and is escalating from graffiti and broken windows to arson. That ward has become a target of hate. They should be ware and on guard. It may get more violent. Also, could you all be more geographically specific when using references to 'Washington'? There is another 'Washington' as in Washington,DC (though something not to be proud of at this time) and just saying 'Washington' sends up a lot of red flags these days. Plus, there are lots of other 'Washingtons' in the US, towns and counties!Like me in Wash. Cnty., MD. Printing 'Spokane' would have done just as well!!!
