I know many people who love to make freezer jam, and think it’s delicious (it is, my MIL makes it, and there’s nothing better with whipped cream on waffles) and easy, much easier than cooked jam. The truth is, is that cooked jam isn’t much more work, and it’s certainly not any harder to make.
