These look wonderful but are there any cook books that will help me to use the ingredients mentioned in the Word of Wisdom? Everything from Deseret Book seems to have lots of meat and sweets and very little beans, legumes etc. For example, how do we use wheat other than making breads and other flour products? How about a whole wheat cook book? We are constantly counselled to follow the WoW but not instructed as to how. Help, please!
